If we miss your call, we will call you back as soon as we can during business hours. 

We do this part-time, and your patience is appreciated.

How our service works

1. Call us for an enquiry / appointment. We cannot assess the appliance over the phone.

2. You will drop off your appliance at appointment time to repair & assess. After we assess, we will let you know fault & cost. If you say yes, we will repair. If no, assessment fee applies. 

We work by appointments only.

We do not negotiate / bargain. 

Card transactions 1.9% surcharge.

Please note that we do not tolerate any abuse - we are also human. Furthermore, we have the right to decline repairing for you if we are subjected to any verbal or physical abuse.

 

Due to the global logistics chaos induced by the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee the arrival times of any parts consignments from India. Please note that commercial logistics is totally different to personal shipping & logistics.

 

We request all customers to sanitise their appliance thoroughly before doing a contactless drop-off. We are only accepting cash payments, please organise appropriate denomination to minimize change exchange. 

 

Please note that we DO NOT provide any warranty to any of the repairs or products. All repaired appliances are to be used as per the appliance manufacturer's instructions on the respective manufacturer's website / manufactuer manual. We are not liable for any user induced mishandling broken and faults.
